I don't remember what size, but a small twelve- point socket on a ratchet will grab those square-heads, too.
As far as ignition wrenches, my old ones seemed to have gone the way of many small tools I had as a kid. All I could lay my hands on was my 11/32, which does work on a lot of stuff. I needed something smaller when I was working on that Deere 420 a few weeks back. Decided to bite the bullet and went to NAPA to see about getting a full set. They're usually pretty good over there, but the kid helping me had never heard of igniion wrenches so I explained what they were. Wound up going though the books with him and finally found them. They call them "midget wrenches" now.
