Farmall wheels were not painted, they were galvanized from the factory. The galvanization eventually goes away (that is why all the sheet metal roofing turns brown) to make them "new" they would need to be galvanized. Not for the DIYS repair. The paint described below will be great. You will need to do the whole rim. Good High quality Primer for galvanized surfaces is available. JimN
