GP, You can get a complete set of manuals for your 3414 here on the site - I just bought a set for my 3444 backhoe loader - Quality is excellent - I looked everywhere including ebay and didn't have much luck. You need to try to identify the model of your backhoe so you can order the right manual - My ID Plate was worn slick so I bought the TLB manual and It has several backhoe models included You just match up what you have with the book. If you know the model # you may be able to order only the one you need and save a few bucks. Good Luck, Ed
