I dragged home an A that hadn"t run for many years. Once I had it sandblasted, primed, painted and reassembled we fired it up and it leaked everywhere. It leaked oil from the front of the motor, antifreeze from the front of the thermosyphon, and anti freeze from the clutch access hole which I assume was a rear soft plug. After gently running it bringing it up to full temp several times and then running it hard and hot all of these leaks stopped. I was very nervous when I saw all of these leaks but my "old timer" friend from the next farm up said don"t worry, they should all stop once you run it. Lots of the old seals must have dried out then expanded once brought back to life. He was dead on....hope you have the same experience.
