S-tx, did you see the way I mounted the alternator on Son's SC and a friend's SA. Did not use any part of the original setup. Drilled and tap armature of alternator and used the pulley off of the 6v generator. Had to do it that way cause the water pump is in the way. And I wanted a good clean factory looking installation.
After I drilled and tap armature I found a pulley on a delco alt. that extends out as far as the pulley on the original gen. I'm not sure what the alternator came of of tho. And stupid me I did not get the numbers off the alt. before I scraped it.
