6500 hrs is quite a few. It probably wouldn't be worth 20 grand if was not broke. If everything else looks as good as you say, I'd think it would be worth half that. I've kinda had some bad expierience lately with buying fix'er uppers, though. If you enjoy mechanic work, it would be worth a little more.
