When I put my H back together I decided to just clean everything up really good and make sure nothing was warped or gouged. Big mistake. I have oil leaks all over the place.
The tractors I"ve put together with a thin coat of RTV on both sides of the gasket haven"t leaked yet. The high-tack spray works well, too.
