How did you test it? Vinegar requires heat to catalyze the reaction. So if you put it in an engine, you need to get it running and hot (may want to block the radiator a bit to let the temp gauge get up higher) for the best results. It removed quite a bit of crud from our 806 when I ran it through, and I didn't even get a chance to get it really warm. I figured the vinegar was so watered down that I wouldn't have to worry about finding leaks in the radiator when I was done.
