If you your H is really a Super, it'll have disc brakes. They're pretty simple to take apart/replace - your really don't need a manual: First unscrew the operating (adjusting) rod from the operating yoke/pedal mechanism, then remove the 5 cap screws from the cover. The entire brake assembly (cover with 2 friction discs and the center actuating disc assembly) will slide off the brake shaft splines. Then simply lift out the discs out of the cover - they're stacked kinda like pancakes inside. Hard to describe but simple once you see it apart... Be prepared: Replacement friction discs are spendy. About $25 each last set I bought - and you need 2 for each brake.
