Yes. But the results are not particularly good. Several issues are immediate. The M engine and mounts are 2 inches wider.
The flywheel would need to be fabricated, or modified to allow an H size FW to work on an M crank.
An adapter would be needed to connect the engine to the trans.
The engine is longer and will not fit the length of the H frame, or hood.
The radiator would be marginal in capacity, unless custom cored. The drive train would be suspect in a power handling use of the tractor(pulling, or farming).
