Does this problem only occur when going forward? If you find nothing wrong with the external controls, the most likely problem is the snap ring is off the end of the shuttle valve in the center section. That allows the spring to come off the end off the spool so it no longer centers itself. You have to put it in reverse to get the spool to move so you can again go forward.
If you don't find the problem, I have the test tools for hydros. How far are you from Zumbrota?
