The various messages on WASHING SODA gets a little confusing at times. I assume the real problem is some stores sell the washing soda and others do not display the product on the shelves.To purchase LYE whick I used to use is no longer sold in any of the stores, was visiting in another province and the washing soda was on the store shelf, purchased a large box, ($4.99)The TSP is on most store shelves, although I have never used this for electrolis. As a note if you leave an item in too long with the washing soda it sometimes does too good a job of removing stubborn rust. Cheers, Murray
