I think I`d try to restore it.The 340`s are a nice looking,handy tractor and lots of fun. Some of your decision depends on if you plan on keeping it or selling it after restoring.Depending what the tractor cost,if you end up doing an engine overhaul, it may run you more than the tractor`s worth. Also ,does the TA work ? That would make a differance to me.If you should decide to part it out, I would be interested in the front bolster cover that has the hand crank hole in it. Mark
