Have you pulled the drain plug out of the bottom of the carb and made sure you don't have a bunch of rust/dirt in the carb. I would start by doing that and let it run for at least 5 minutes, catch the gas when doing that. You should have a good steady flow of gas for that 5 minutes if not you have a clogged fuel line or carb
