After seeing some pictures of 400's here I've noticed that they are all red, but the one I have is painted cream on the side hoods' backgrounding Farmall and the grill is also painted cream,my dad bought this machine from the original owner in 1955 when it was 2 years old it came with a 1 row Marbeet beet digger on it and stayed that way intill about 1967 when we quit farming sugar beets,it had never been painted until I did it in 1974 and no traces of red were found under the white, now was this a special paint job or a demonstrater model, am hoping some one could clear this up for me. Serial num. is 29522 S Thankyou
