Hello, I've found the special plugs for my TD-18 (which uses the same pricipal of start-gas, switch to diesel) at an established car/truck parts store. By this, I mean a store other than the overhyped, car parts store with the glitzy displays. I think I paid $7 or there abouts. Wasn't any more than that. It's been mentioned, but be alert to the cracked head issue.
