I had a farmer to mow a field for me about 30 years ago. He had a big JD tractor with a 9-foot sickle bar mower on it. It didn't take him very long. In less than a year he rolled that tractor and was killed mowing someone's pasture. One of my co-worker's was driving his Ford LTD and had a few too many drinks and hit this same farmer's son that was on a tractor a few years after the father was killed. The son wasn't injured, but the LTD was totaled and there was a lot of damage to the tractor. They flew him to Shock Trauma in Baltimore. He was back to work in about 6 weeks. and is still living.
