First off block the clutch pedal down. Then as the other guy says drive it around in as high a gear as you can which menas starting it in gear or jamming it into gear. Or this also works some times. Pull the starter off and spray brake cleaner into the clutch area with the pedal blocked down, turn the engine a little at a time so you get the whole clutch area.
