Thanks for the reply fellas, very interesting about the 3rd world basic transp. I think I saw this in an old British movie. Yea, the first thing I thought of was the safety issue...but I always see kids and adults hanging on to tractors for a short ride...not the safest thing either. I figger if you can seat them in a place where they will be secure and less likely to fall, so much the better. It's just a thought. By the way, my bike came with one seat, but I often road 2 or 3. They say going over the speeed limit is dangerous. I guess it's just an ongoing thing with me. I even heard that a fella once drank a beer while driving his car...whew..!! Anyway, thanks for the feedback. If it weren't for you fellas with all your experience and knowledge, I wouldn't even have attemped all the major service and repair on my tractor. But ya gave me the confidence to do it..thanks again gn
