One major thing to keep in mind....
The thermosyphon has huge passages in the block. To allow the physical propertires of heating and cooling water to generate a cyclical flow. The passages may be to large for a water pump to generate any pressure. Allowing for a minor increase in water flow, and prob cause the pump to cavatate... As said before, the benifits may not outway the overall cost and labor.
