You say oil blows back. I would first start by making sure you don't have to much oil in the air cleaner or maybe its got a lot of water in with the oil. If the air cleaner is to full it will choke the engine and flood it and it will not run. You also need to check if your getting fuel to the carb and then if its getting into the carb.
