Hello everyone. I replaced the contstant mesh gear and input shaft on my 52 H this weekend with a new set from A&I. My old ones had some chipped teeth and were pretty badly pitted. Along with the gears, all the bearings in the transmission were replaced. When I got it assembled, I rotated it over by hand and found that they did not mesh the best and created a bit of noise. Nothing to bad i figured for aftermarket, new gears. I got it assembled enought to run and oil in the transmission/diff and fired it up. It sounded TERRIBLE!!!!. IN fact I think it even had a bit of a vibration to it. It appears that the teeth from the input shaft are riding to deep in the constant mesh gear. Has anyone had this problem with replacement gears? Anyone have a good set of used to sell? Thanks for any help. Jake
