M cooling question

Hi all,

I worked my 1950 M this weekend and still the temp does not come up above 130 on my brand new gauge. What does this mean to me, is my thermostat stuck open? The manual says that I should run between 190 and 230 if I read that correctly. Any suggestions and also where to get a new Thermostat if it"s stuck open or something.
