I asked about that a few years back. What I was told was that it can be done, if you can find the longer differential shaft to get power to the left. Dimensions at the rear would be the same as a BN.
Distractions/challenges would include centering up the front axle to match, finding a B bolster if you decided to make it a narrow front, and the fact that the adapted A housing on the left wouldn't be cast and drilled to accept the same implements as either an A or a BN.
