this is a complicated issue, i am from NEW mexico and drive big trucks everyday, around here at least 50% of the drivers are hispanic, ive never had trouble running with them,except savving some of their lingo, or seen any fleet driver drive badly what i do see are one truck local operations with worn out stuff and drivers who cant drive,we got the same trash trucks here too, slow, but when i found out some of them are grossing 56000 on 3 axles and have 237 horsepower instead of 400 and have either straight 5 speeds no splitter ot 2 speed rears or even automatics, i can understand why their slow
