Mike have seen a lot 100s trucks cross in Laredo and Brownsville and they pull up to check point show paperwork and are gone of course these trucks were not allowed to leave free trade zone. A few years back my company shipped hundreds of loads into Mexico and after couple weeks the US carriers refused to let their trailers go into Mexico as they came back with tires, brakes etc. swapped out for junk. Home land security admits that only small percentage of ocean going containers coming into US are inspected and it will be no different with Mexican trucks.
