The dash board throttle control is shot on my 656 gas hydro, it will not stay put at pto speed, keeps working its way back to idle, tarp strap works fine...but want to fix....bought a spring from IH dealer to install but haven't figured how to get the dash off with out taking everything apart...I don't have a manual and thought it was an easy fix...thinking the tarp strap may look better painted red....what's the easiest way to replace spring? Does everything have to be disconnected to get the dash off?
