We have a int. t340 dozer with a d166 diesel engine that is all new with a new head springs and valves and the injector pump and injectors and glow plugs all cylinders have 200 to 210 lbs of comp. the motor and injector pump are in perfect timeing but it still wont run. It will fire up for about 4 seconds and die but will run a little longer if you hold the glow plug button down but it still dont sound like it should.
