It's too bad it sat so long, as that hurts the value, especially sitting outside. Normally, I'd guess around $3000-$3500 for a gas hydro, probably $1500-$2000 for a non-running machine that's been sitting outside. If you make sure the engine turns, threw in a new battery, drained the gas tank and filled with fresh fuel, and cleaned the carb, I bet it would start. Interested buyers are going to be concerned as to if the hydro is good, and you'll have a easier time selling it and get a better price if they can test drive it.
