I don"t know why you would want to adjust the parts you are talking about. These are locked in place & don"t change. I have been working on these governors all my life & never had to adjust one yet. In this case the thrust bearing is shot and your adjusting will just mess things up so when you get the worn out parts replaced you will have to adjust it all again to get back where you started. Remember the spring opens the throttle, the flyweights close it. The flyweights can"t close it if the thrust bearing is out.
