Albert, Sounds to me like you have diaphram problems in the vaporizer, may be time for a rebuild! Do what Owen said, shut off both valves,(hopefully they are not leaking through) then start rolling the engine over, then just crack the vapor valve, if the engine starts, you have just figured out the problem.
