Mine was froze like that when I got my H. I just kept spraying penetrant both on the front and, as best I could, on the back side. Let it set for a day or so and keep pecking away at it with a block of wood and a hammer. Took about a week of doing this and it broke free. Once it started to move a little, I put the crank on it and started moving it back and forth. Finally I had it where I could crank the engine. Good luck and hope this helps. Larry
