Thats the highest i've seen a 1086 go for but if you think thats bad a guy down the road from me bought a 1969 656 and paid $ 15,000 for it.and both of mine are in better shape than his. Heck, i have 2 656's a 1966 and a 1968 and I didn't pay that much for them and that was when they were new.
