I have a 3616 IH, I bought a few days ago. The tractor has been setting for two years, brought it home put new plugs/gas/changed oil/fired right up and runs great. The loader works good and the backhoe,but dosent move fwd or rew and has no power steering. The hydro oil is full no leaks anywhere. I dont know alot about this tractor any info would be great,also I was told the 3514 has a lever next to the seat on the right side that changes the oil flow from the backhoe to the steering is this true?
