You're right. It's a "rank" based on a pre-set post amount. I'm in as a "long time user" with 1028 posts. You have 19,343 posts, and have "Tractor Guru" status. :lol:
I'm worried about when I catch up to guys like Wardner, who has 2169 posts, which makes him a "Tractor Expert". Right now "Long time user" is a bit of a stretch for me. I don't think I'll ever be an expert!
