What is your definition of overhauled? Reason I ask if new piston/sleeve/ring assemblies were not installed as a set and just rings were installed on old pistons you could have poor compression. If all new parts were installed was the head rebuilt by a good shop? If the valves were set to low in the head you will have lower commpression. Is the injector pump timmed correctally? My 4000 hour 1066 will start down to 20 with out laughing gas as yours should to. If you had a shop do the work I would take it back and have them determine the problem. Any good shop should stand behind their work.
