A 460 carb can run it, at low rpms. the late carbs added more fuel circuits to compensate excesive fuel delivery thru its primary load jet. Thats where you find the big 35 venturi most common in the late carbs that have 2 port delivery in the side of the throttle body, that pulls fuel right out of the bowl, bypassing the main load jet and allowing the main jet to run leaner, yet, delivering more fuel at the same time. 460 carb only has one port, anything with a 301 had the two port throttle body Ive found. Big difference in the way they run with a 715 combine carb, Vs a 460/560 carb. The 460 throttle body can do the job with larger jets, but it might suffer idle quality.
