Does the center piece have 9004 D cast into it? Does it allow the spring-loaded pintle to shift/rotate slightly from side-to-side?

This set-up is on my ID-9 which is a parts tractor. I am sure it is stock IH material. The odd thing is that it doesn't show up in my parts book. The book shows a standard drawbar and bolt-on pintle. It's not much different than what is currently available at a truck parts outlet.

I won't be able to take a picture until the 15th. Let me know if you want a picture. Meanwhile, I'll check to see if I have anything in my computer.
