I just installed the belly pump in an H last week by myself; I used a 2" ratchet strap over the center housing and under the pump to "ratchet" it up into place. It took about 3 stop & block times to shorten the strap in the ratchet, and a bar in the lower hole to help align things. Put some "duct tape" over the fill pipe to keep things clean. Take your time & clean the bottom of the pump housing first unless you don't mind a little oil on the strap!
