Today, I pulled the valve cover and there it was...
I had 3 stuck valves. I of course did the research on how to deal with stuck valves and followed what I had found. The valves all move nice and freely now.
An answer to your question C.Amick, The mag does have slots to move and change the timing some. I've timed the mag according to the Farmall H service manual, however I guess now having all the valves working properly, we will see if she runs.
