1953 Super C

I don't have a book on this tractor as i only use it as a plow tractor, but the throttle is not working and it is part of the govener spring. I was wondering if any one had a drawing on how the parts go and on how to fix it before i take it apart to make sure i am doing the right part. throttle only idles and does not make a difference as to where it is put on the throttle control. Thanks
