Patrick, I used the lift arms from a IH 274 cultivating tractor that I traded off. I welded 3/4 X 3 X 16 inch flat iron to the rockshaft for the lift links to attach to. I copied mine right from a picture of a store bought set up. It turned out quite well and worked very well. The only real difference was the picture was of one with 2 cylinders and I only made mine for one.
