YT used a very old (early 90's?) forum software for their forums. A major pain in the butt. But when the Admin tried to switch to newer stuff, many of the YT users threw a fit and wanted to stay with what they knew. So, they came up with an ingenous plan to incorporate BOTH old and new software to work side-by-side at the same time. And you the user get to choose how you read the forum now.
