Typically, the input shaft of the transmission just slides into the center hole of the clutch disk, and the drive tube for the live hydraulics and PTO just slides into the pressure plate.

You will need good jacks, lots of sturdy blocking, and ideally, a splitting stand to support the back of the engine and allow you to roll it away from the tractor. Splitting stands can often be borrowed from fellow tractor enthisiasts, or they're pretty easy to make.
