If the diesel engine is good, sounds like the best way to go. Otherwise, I would guess that you'd have close to that sum in just a rebuild of the current tractor.

Once your done with your swap you can always sell off the remaining items and recoup some of your $$$ or you'll have a few "spares". I would think if you have a good crank and block somebody would want those from your gasser.
