It is the same engine, however there is a difference. The water pump on your Super is on the bottom engine block outlet. The water pump on the 140 is an automotive type built right into fan hub. Just two weeks ago we had discussion on this, and if my memory serves me correctly there is a threaded hole somewhere in SC block for that setup, and that hole is not drilled in 140 block. It may be head and not block. I've forgotten exactly what this is. To use the 140 water pump you may find problems with fan matching up to SC shroud and radiator. Not certain, however I do have both 130 and 140, there are differences, I've had both off but never at same time. I think you best go to a parts book before you get too far into this.
