1) How old is the boy?
2) Are there any lawyers in (your) town?
3) Would the sharks - er, I mean lawyers - be attracted/stimulated/excited/motivated into a feeding frenzy by the size of your net worth and/or liability insurance coverage?
In the last 40 years this country has evolved from: "Aye, sometimes these things happen" to: "Somebody's going to pay for this." It's now an acceptable (modern) American way to EA$Y $TREET.... unfortunately.
