PTO lever locked up on farmall 230

Was mowing without problems until I stopped. When I tried to engage the PTO lever it would not move. I looked and there seemed to be enough fluid, guess I need to know where can I get an exploded view of this part so I can work on it.
Any help is greatly appreciated
