Mez, either your pistons are stuck or maybe the valves are. Has any water gotten into it. If so probably the pistons. You might try taking the plugs out and putting a half a cup of ATF in each cylinder. Put the plugs back in if it is still outside. Let it sit for a week or so and try rocking it again. You may have as good a luck by putting a good battery on it and bumping it with the starter every once in a while. Opinions vary on this, but if it were mine I would pull the head and see what is wrong and more than likely since it has been a year put a new engine kit in it. If water has gotten in it you will likely need new sleeves and pistons.
