Mark, Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the 140 had the same C123 engine as the Super C/130/200. The H has the C152 engine and it's rated at 25 HP on the drawbar. The 200 is rated at 22 ?HP on the drawbar and I think the 140 was pretty close to that too. The difference is weight. The H is several hundred pounds heavier than the 140 and can better transfer the HP to the ground. If both Hs have 3-points on them, buy them both and sell the extra 3-point. It'll probably bring $300 if it's any good and that will be a big chunk of what you will probably pay for both tractors. Then the second H can be a parts tractor or you could restore them both. This would be especially nice if they were consecutive S/Ns. Good luck whatever you decide to do, Phil
